The hotel is little and fairly clean, has lovely views to the beach and the cliffs. The suite is airy and has central heating, a TV set, and a hairdryer. The location is marvellous and stunning, not far from a first class establishment, and Watergate bay - couldn't be better.

As a budget traveler, I loved the stunning views, cozy atmosphere, and short walk to beautiful beaches. the staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly for those with food allergies or intolerances. the meals, including a delightful 4-course dinner and a variety of dreamy desserts, were amazing. the hotel also had options for lunch and afternoon tea that catered to these dietary restrictions. the gardens were lovely and there were both communal and private spots to relax. the breakfast choices were excellent and the availability of a washing machine and dryer was a thoughtful touch.
Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.

What a delightful stay we had on our recent trip to the beautiful coastal town of Cornwall. the hotel we chose had a prime location directly on the beach and offered easy access to Watergate Bay. Although the road leading to the beach was steep, the breathtaking views from the hotel were worth every step. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed with necessary facilities, and came with an amazing ocean view. We were impressed with the quality of the service, warm welcome by the staff, and delicious breakfast that showcased local produce.
It was a bit challenging to find parking at the hotel due to its popularity among visitors.

The views are mesmerizing and the pool is a great place to relax. The staff are friendly and welcoming which makes you feel at home. The breakfast selection is fantastic and worth the price.
The rooms are outdated and need an update. The beds are too hard and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money with its cosy rooms and beautiful views. The staff pays attention to every detail, making you feel like a welcomed guest. The location, though on top of a hill away from the main road, is perfect for beach lovers as it is just a short walk to Whipsiderry beach. The breakfast, prepared by Rob the Chef, is delicious, especially with the addition of local Cornish sausages.
All was satisfactory.
